Shipping or Pickup

At TrenLend, we offer two convenient ways to receive your rental: in-store pickup at either of our boutiques or shipping directly to your door.

If you choose shipping, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Every shipped rental includes a prepaid UPS return label and a reusable shipping bag, making returns quick and easy. Your order is scheduled to arrive on or before the first day of your rental period.

If you choose in-store pickup, no appointment is necessary. Simply stop by during business hours to pick up your rental. You may return your rental to either TrenLend location, regardless of where it was picked up.

Returning Your Rental

In-Store

Return your rental in the provided TrenLend garment bag to either of our locations, regardless of where you picked it up. Returns must be made by the end of the final day of your rental period.

You can return your rental during business hours or anytime after hours using the secure drop boxes located outside both stores

Shipping

Drop off your rental at any UPS location using the prepaid return label included with your shipment. Your rental must be dropped off with UPS by the end of the day on the final day of your rental period.

We always recommend getting a drop-off receipt, as you may still be responsible for late fees if your package is not scanned into the UPS system.

Lost your return label? No problem! Just email us by 2:00 PM ET on the final day of your rental period, and we'll be happy to send you a new one.
