If your last day falls on a Sunday or Monday when our storefront is closed, please utilize our drop box located outside the store for returning your rental. This ensures you can return your items even when we're not open.

You should ship back your rental on the final day of your rental. The return label must be scanned in on the last day or you will be charged a late fee.

No worries! We will have note of this in our system and just ask you ship out the day after. 

We just ask that you kindly contact us at contact@trenlend.com. Depending on the case, we may be able to work with you to avoid late fees.
