Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Operations & Growth Manager to work closely with our founders in driving TrenLend's continued success. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a growing startup, contributing to various aspects of the business and shaping its future direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Store & Employee Management: Oversee daily operations of our storefronts, manage scheduling, and lead a team of 15+ employees to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Product Management: Coordinate inventory, manage product listings, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and feedback across all platforms, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Buying & Merchandising: Assist in selecting new inventory that aligns with current trends and customer preferences.
- Marketing & Branding: Collaborate on marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in business development initiatives, including potential new store openings and service expansions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, operations, or a startup environment preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and innovation.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset — able to identify challenges, take initiative, and find solutions without needing constant direction
